Refund of tuition and miscellaneous fees for the 1st semester S.Y. 2021-2022
will start on APRIL 11, 2023 (TUESDAY) at the 2nd Floor, Kapitbahayan Multi Purpose Building (former Kapitbahayan Basketball Court).
REFUND REQUIREMENTS:
A. Please bring the following on your scheduled date
1. School ID
2. Official Receipt for the 1st semester 2021-2022
B. Requirements in case of representative:
1. Authorization letter
2. Official Receipt for the 1st semester 2021-2022 of the student.
3. School ID of the student (original and photocopy)
4. Valid ID of the authorized representative (original and photocopy)
C. Requirements in case of Loss Official Receipt:
1. Affidavit of Loss
2. School ID

PROCEDURE:
Step 1 : Verification of refund requirements.
Step 2 : Refund of tuition and miscellaneous fees.
REMINDERS:
• No Official Receipt, No Refund.
• No face mask, no entry.
• Bring your own alcohol or hand sanitizer.
• Bring your own ballpen.
• Social distancing shall be observed at all times.
