1. Some student-applicants are not Navoteños.
2. Some applicants who are already of legal age have not yet registered as voters in Navotas City. The applicant should submit the soft copy of any of the following:
- Voter’s ID
- COMELEC Registration Stub
- COMELEC Certification
3. The student-applicant’s name and grade level is not visible on the attached high school card.
4. The student-applicant’s grades per subject is not visible on the attached high school card.
5. The soft copies of the requirements sent are not clear.
