The Medical Clinic Department will conduct a semester pre-medical examination. This is to ensure the well-being of our students and to prevent any potential health complications that may arise.
All students are required to complete the examination using the Google Form. The link for this examination will be sent to your official NPC email account as per schedule below. You will have a ten-day window to fill out the form; failure to comply will affect your clearance for the next enrollment.

After submission of the said examination, the medical clinic will confirm your participation via email. Note that some students may require additional medical examinations depending on their specific case for further evaluation and management.
