Those who failed may retake the NPCET during its second conduct on July 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Fill out, print the downloadable admission form below, and submit it at the temporary NPC Office, second floor of Navotas City Hall. Please prepare P 150.00 for the entrance test fee. Thank you.
