Those who failed may retake the NPCET during its third conduct on July 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm (tentative). Fill out, print the downloadable admission form below, and submit it at the temporary NPC Office, Navotaas Institute – Annex II, Gov. Pascual St. Barangay Daanghari, Navotas City. Please prepare P 150.00 for the entrance test fee. Thank you.
