In preparation for the NPC Full Scholarship Grant Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing this week a library ID will be issued to substitute temporarily for the still unavailable School ID to each of the qualified applicants included in the list below on October 13, 2021, today starting at 1:00 pm at Navotaas Institute Annex II in Daanghari, Navotas City.
