Individual Inventory Record

The Guidance and Counseling Center is updating the Student Individual Inventory Record. This form aims to gather data and information that could help us formulate programs for the students.

Please be reminded that all students are required to fill out the Individual Inventory Record (IIR), which will be part of the requirements for your clearance for the semester.
