The Guidance and Counseling Center is updating the Student Individual Inventory Record.

This form aims to gather data and information that could help us in formulating programs for the students.

All students are required to fill out the Individual Inventory Record form through this link: https://npc-guidance.online/iir

Please accomplish the form until May 8, 2023.

Rest assured that the information gathered will be kept and secured by the Guidance Center.
