Graduation Day of Class 2022 of Navotas Polytechnic College

Author, columnist, entrepreneur, civic citizen, and officer of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc., Mr. Flores who is also the owner of the iconic 83-year-old #KamuningBakery, was NPC’s commencement speaker during the face-to-face ceremonies held yesterday at the Kapitbahayan Elementary School in Navotas City.

To serve not only the self and family, but the country–this is an invaluable message to the graduates, in spite of the pandemic.

Salamat sa Diyos at maluwalhating nairaos ang espesyal na araw, nang maayos at mapayapa, sa tulong ng City Administration, local PNP, City Health, Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management team, City Traffic and Parking Management Office, General Services Office, City Environment and Natural Resources Office; sa pamumuno ni Mayor John Rey Tiangco at ni Cong. Toby Tiangco, katuwang ang mga miyembro ng Konseho, at ang Board of Trustees ng Kolehiyo.
