1. The contest is open to all Persons with Disabilities (PWD) bonafide Students of NPC.
2. Each participant is limited to only one (1) entry.
3. Participants will be required to record and submit a high-quality video of their performance. The overall video must have a minimum of 2 mins and a maximum of 4 mins recorded video inclusive of:
a. Opening which contains the name of the contestant, course, and year,
b. Recorded performance
c. End credits/acknowledgment (if any)
4. The file to be submitted must follow this name format: < NPC_Surname,First-Name_Course >
5. Participants shall submit their entries to this email: gad@navotaspolytechniccollege.edu.ph
6. Upon submission of entries, all contestants automatically give consent to Navotas Polytechnic College – Gender and Development Committee to use the videos for whatever purpose it may serve.
7. All of the submissions will be posted on the NPC FB page.
8. Deadline of Submission: July 18, 2023
9. The virtual announcement of winners will be on July 20, 2023.

• 30% – Technical Ability
• 20% – Creativity/Originality/Entertainment Value
• 20% – Presentation
• 30% – Overall Performance

• First Prize Winner – Php 3,000.00
• Second Prize Winner – Php 2,000.00
• Third Prize Winner – Php 1,000.00
• 10 Consolation Prizes – Php 500.00
