Navotas Polytechnic College Entrance Examination (NPCEE) successful examinees/exempted students (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Batches only) who have already registered for Online Enrollment and have participated in the Orientation for First Year Students

b. 1 photocopy of any of the following Applicant’s Voter’s ID/ COMELEC Certification/ COMELEC Registration stub (GUARDIAN’S VOTER’S ID/ COMELEC CERTIFICATION/ COMELEC REGISTRATION STUB/ MIS CERTIFICATION ARE NOT ACCEPTED)
c. 1 Photocopy of high school card
d. 1 Photocopy of PSA/ NSO Birth Certificate
e. 1 Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
f. Original and 1 photocopy of drug test result
g. 1 downloaded and printed copy of Scholarship Agreement
h. 1 photocopy of Library ID (to be issued at Kapitbahayan Multipurpose Building NBBS, Navotas City)
