APPLICATION FOR ACADEMIC HONORS FOR NON-GRADUATING
STUDENTS OF A.Y. 2022 – 2023
NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS ENROLLED FOR 2ND SEMESTER OF A.Y. 2022-2023 MAY APPLY FOR ACADEMIC HONORS PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING
REQUIREMENTS ARE MET:
a. Obtained the General Weighted Average (G.W.A.) of at least 1.75 with no grades lower than 2.0 for all subjects except NSTP.
b. Has no final remarks of 5.0, INC, UD in any subject and any course started including NSTP.
c. All subjects taken from the previous semesters at NPC are included in the evaluation/ computation of grade.
d. For transferees, subjects taken from the previous school are also included in the evaluation/computation of grade.
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR APPLICATION:
1. Fill out the attached Google link: https://forms.gle/P6kAvN9bzm4E8VDC6 .
2. Download, fill- out, and print the “Application Form for Academic Honors”.
