ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPLICATION FOR SHIFTING OF COURSE SECOND SEMESTER OF A.Y. 2021-2022

Students enrolled during the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2021- 2022 may request to change course by following the steps listed below:
STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR APPLICATION:
1. Fill out the attached Google link: https://forms.gle/UMsWXnc4sAcPfZiR7 or scan the QR code below.
2. Download, fill out, and print the Shifting Form: https://drive.google.com/…/1aGnMdb_TeQhmGDNW5Gc…/view… or scan the QR code below.
3. Wait for our email after the deadline of application before personally submitting the shifting form at the 2nd floor of the City Public Library beside the Navotas Police Station.
4. For urgent concerns, please send your message to npc.registrar@gmail.com.
The announcement will not apply to students who will take the BSED/ BEED qualifying exam.
